- What Both Sides of Any War Want to Control Most
This post is not going to be filled with what you typically hear regarding war. When we discuss the battle of good and evil, light and dark, positive and negative, we have to understand that war plays out differently than in the news. There are a set of laws created by Source that both sides must follow. You may have heard that there is a war for the spirit, or the mind, or perception, etc. But what if perception is truly at the root? If you can influence someone’s perception, you can ultimately exert control. That may sound a little harsh, but you may have also heard “What you think you believe.” I’m going to take it back one step further to what you perceive you think. If the way you perceive an event or person can be manipulated (which is common in all forms of media, even alternative media), then what we think about the experience or person then shapes what we feel and thereby what actions we take. Perception is the number one thing both sides of any war want to control. By influencing the perception of others, one side may be able to enlist more soldiers, or get more supplies, create more alliances, etc. Both sides also get more focused energy the more attention they get. While there is no such thing as bad publicity, energy flows where attention goes, and oftentimes, simply getting enough awful attention for evil doings can create an immense flow of energy into the prolongation of activities. The “negative” side thrives on influence and using influence on how you perceive the world at large, and your own personal life. Our perception is a key ingredient in manifestation. What we perceive we think, what we think we feel, what we feel we believe, what we believe we create. So why would the control or influence of perception become a pivotal piece in any war? It’s how you get others to manifest on your behalf, how you gain power, and how you get the ability to do what you want. I'll state it again: It is possible to get others to manifest on your behalf. And it's possible to trick, coerce, manipulate and force others into doing so. To not fall into this accidentally: Observe your perceptions. Observe where your attention goes, and continually bring it back to feelings of gratitude, grace, joy, and trust that everything will be okay. Be the change you want to see in the world. Create the new. Live in the new creation you've built. Ask Source to take care of the rest. Co-create with Source. Everything will be okay. Source does have a divine plan, no matter what it looks like out in the world. This is a small time in the blip of infinity.
- "What's coming is going."
The Records often teach the process of letting go. Letting go of the outcome, letting go of the process, letting go of control, etc. The sentence "What's coming is going" is really helpful during periods of integration as well. I often tell folks after big sessions that they get a free pass from looking at their "stuff" for a bit, and to just let "what's coming is going." Why is this helpful? After big movement or releases, emotions can up come. Those who want to be responsbile for their emotions may latch on to these emotions and think they have to address them, not realizing that the emotions are coming up because they addressed another aspect they were associated with. In this case as well, these emotions are coming up and leaving. If we allow them to leave, they'll leave. This is the power of this practice. Not everything needs our attention. The real question is discerning when to place our attention and when not to.
- "Don't go through the garbage."
The Records have an important saying they repeat: Don't go through the garbage. Meaning, don't look for what you've let go or released. Let it go. If you look for what you released, then you are picking it back up and, in some cases, placing it on a pedestal of "Look what I got rid of!" It's exciting to feel free. It's exciting to feel light and open. When you do inner-work of whatever kind, imagine it as putting down a rock on the path. Put it down and keep walking. Don't look back. Your future is ahead of you, not behind you.
- No Conditions: What the Records Show About Source, Judgment, and Forgiveness
What I have seen in the Records is very different from what many people have been taught: there is no punishment from Source for suicide or abortion. I have never, literally never, seen judgement toward any soul for these acts. Source is unconditional love, which literally means – NO conditions. Zero. You will not go to hell. You will be understood, loved and accepted. You are not insulting God/Source. You will not be judged. There’s nothing to forgive because you didn’t do anything wrong. You may have thoughts that this is ridiculous because of the very strong opinions that humans and religions have regarding these topics. While that is a conversation all its own, it doesn’t erase the truth: Source is only unconditional love and that will always, and forever more, mean: no conditions. There is nothing you have done, are doing or will do that will make you unworthy or unlovable. Period. And the most beautiful part of all of that is that we can’t mess this up. We’ll still be worthy and lovable no matter what we do, think, say, or feel. You don’t have to agree. This will still be true. [I’ve helped many people who’ve struggled with self-judgment and judgment of others regarding these two topics. If this resonates and you’d like support, please feel free to reach out for a session. Peace is possible. There is also a free mediation on my website regarding the Life Review. Click here for the free mediation. This can be a really helpful first step toward processing these emotions so we continue to carry them.]
- What Pregnancy Truly Is
We are told that pregnancy is when a woman’s egg is fertilized and it grows into a baby, which is born about nine months later. This is true, but it’s not all there is about pregnancy. Pregnancy is a spiritual process where a woman acts as a spiritual anchor for an incoming soul. This is a highly spiritual practice which has lost most of it's sacredness over time. There are so many ceremonial aspects to this process. For example, the would-be mother and father could each go out into nature to connect with the incoming souls considering incarnation. Upon pregnancy, the mother could commune with the incoming soul out in nature. She could hear the baby's name (yes, soul's often have name preferences!). The process of pregnancy itself would include nurturing the body, mind and spirit throughout the entire experience. Nearing birth, a union of community as the community of guardians comes together for the passing of the torch ceremony (See Who Are Your Guardians article for more detail). This would include sacred music of the land, chants, prayers, etc. During the entirety of pregnancy, the mother's responsibility is to not only safe-keep the growing body, but to act as a constant and continuous bridge for the baby’s soul to come and go. The mother is bridging the spiritual realms to the physical world. It is a sacred act.
- When “Follow Your Joy” Doesn’t Work
If you’re struggling to feel joy, then the concept of “follow your joy” may feel useless. Instead, follow your curiosities. Follow feelings of inspiration. Feel suddenly inspired to walk a different path or drive a different road? Try it. When we allow ourselves to explore curiosity and inspiration, we allow the door to joy to open more and more, since both curiosity and inspiration will naturally create those pathways. This can also help people who struggle to know or remember what they like, who they are or what they want to do. It's okay to not remember these things or to have answers. Following your curiosity or something that inspires you will lead you directly to it.
- Genderless Beings -- Real or Fake?
I was in the Records one day when a person's guardians approached. I could see each of them clearly and began introducing them. (My client wanted to know who they were because they didn't feel they knew them or could hear them.) I suddenly got to a lovely being who, at first glance, I deemed as one without a gender. I've met these beings before. "I am not genderless," the guardian said. "I am the perfect balance of masculine and feminine." That's when it hit me -- even God/Source (insert your preferred name here) is the perfect balance of masculine and feminine. While I already knew this, I too thought there could be a genderless option of beings. This is an impossibility. It is not the absence of gender but the completion of perfect balance between masculine and feminine. Not gender-less. Gender-full.
- Who Are Your Guardians?
This is probably one the most popular questions I receive. Our guardians are made up of beings we’ve known from other lifetimes. They can be ancestors from this lifetime or another, friends, colleagues (not synonymous with our version of work colleagues) and beings we respect. When some people see or connect with their guardians, their ego may attach to how these beings appear. “I have ET guardians,” can become an egoic leverage, when in reality, they’re just family, friends and beings we respect in their natural form of when we knew them. Yes, they may look like extraterrestrials, but they’re actually in the same form you were in when you incarnated together. These are also your other forms. We each have six guardians that watch over us throughout our lifetimes. If you think of each being having its own spot in a line, there are actually nine spots available. Six are taken by those staying with us and up to an additional three can come in during various lessons. One may come in, two or three depending on the situation. And those three spaces can be occupied by various beings, not just the same three.
- When Do You Get Your Guardians?
We choose our personal guardians before each incarnation, but they aren't immediately in charge of caring for us. During pregnancy, the mother’s guardians take charge of both the mother and the fetus. From the Records, birth is a ceremonial passage where both the mother’s guardians and the baby’s guardians are present. It’s a moment of passing the torch – where the mother’s guardians relinquish care over the baby and the baby’s guardians officially take charge.
- When Does the Soul Enter the Body?
Right before pregnancy occurs, a soul has shown interest in you as their incoming parent. (Note: This doesn’t take away your sovereign right to choose pregnancy or not.) Once pregnant, the fetus begins to form as multiplying cells. The soul enters at the very first heartbeat around seven weeks gestation. Why now? Why not at the spark of creation -- when the electrical charge occurs when an egg and sperm come together? The spark of creation is just that -- the ignition of Source creation energy creating new life. The soul lives in the heart, and if there's no heart yet, there's nowhere to live. Once the heart is built, the heartbeat is the soul coming in. From there, the soul is in and out until birth. Why is there an umbilical cord? For physical reasons, such as nourishing and keeping alive the growing baby, but it’s also a spiritual cord anchoring the soul back to the physical vessel. This spiritual umbilical cord actually remains throughout your physical life.
