"What's coming is going."

The Records often teach the process of letting go.
Letting go of the outcome, letting go of the process, letting go of control, etc.
The sentence "What's coming is going" is really helpful during periods of integration as well. I often tell folks after big sessions that they get a free pass from looking at their "stuff" for a bit, and to just let "what's coming is going."
Why is this helpful?
After big movement or releases, emotions can up come. Those who want to be responsbile for their emotions may latch on to these emotions and think they have to address them, not realizing that the emotions are coming up because they addressed another aspect they were associated with. In this case as well, these emotions are coming up and leaving.
If we allow them to leave, they'll leave.
This is the power of this practice. Not everything needs our attention. The real question is discerning when to place our attention and when not to.
