- What are Living Contracts?
Living contracts actively affect one or more person, usually causing generational impact or societal grouping impact. (An example of societal grouping impact: For example, there are specific cities that have living contracts that include and incorporate all the residents of said area. This is an in-depth discussion for another time, and more than cities can be affected.) Oftentimes, a living generational contract will affect the entire lineage, but we are given the opportunity to remove you, your kids, grandkids, and pull it back, one generation at a time, off those who are supportive of it being removed. Not all ancestors are open to the removal of a living contract at the time it's offered. In this case, we remove whoever we can and re-file the contract as active but with people removed as if they were never a part of it in the first place. Those still on the contract will continue to experience its effects, while those removed will be free of it. Curious what contracts are influencing your life? Come check out a session! - Use Discernment With Spirit Animals - Here's Why
Just because something feels good doesn't mean it should be invited in. Throughout the entire spiritual community, people feel connected to animal spirits. “Owl is my spirit animal,” or “Buffalo is my protective spirit animal.” In some cultures, such as the Bwiti tribe in Gabon, Africa, cat spirits are used to rescue souls that need retrieval because they’re known as the fastest spirit animal. There is a place for the spirits of animals to help us. But. The dark side also knows this. Just like with any being, we still need to be discerning even when approached by animal spirits that want to support us. I have seen entities use the proximity animal spirits are granted to get close to humans. I’ve also seen them mask as animal spirits to get close to humans and sometimes, come into the human body by invitation. I had to remove an entity recently that was embedded half-way in the back of a client because it had been invited in. The client had felt the big wings and believed that it was an eagle spirit. The dark side is not above pretending to be or masking as an animal spirit. But they will prey on naivety that you may or may not know that they're not supposed to come into your vessel. A human may feel that there’s a being near them with great wings and they feel “nice.” The brain may automatically fill in “this is safe” without further question. Word of caution: NO BEING HAS ANY BUSINESS COMING INTO YOUR VESSEL. There is no need to “embody” any spirit animal. They will not ask you to do so. As the saying goes: The wind beneath your wings. Key word: beneath. Beneath your wings. Not inside and you're one. Support only. Not enmeshment.
- How do you Recognize Someone Lifetime to Lifetime?
We’ve been through many lifetimes. Sometimes millions. Sometimes more. With an eternal life, there’s no limit to how many incarnations, spanned across universes, worlds and densities, we may encounter. So how do we recognize someone lifetime to lifetime? Our soul was made with something called essence. Our essence is like our fingerprint. It’s unique to us as individuals. This is how we recognize someone across the millions of different appearances we may take. They’ll feel familiar.
- We Have Two Heart Chakras
The heart chakra across the chest is the first heart chakra, then we have a second one higher up to the collar bone. The higher heart is the second heart chakra and deals a lot with the higher desires of the soul, its goals and wants. Is it any surprise that we have two heart chakras? Two back bones, two sides of the body, two of each chakra (front and back of the body, or left and right of the body), etc.
- ET Disclosure Comfort
The universe is filled with good beings. Good people, good beings. Like most places, there are some who are unkind, evil, etc. But this is not the majority. It’s the minority. I’ve interacted with beings for many years, and discernment is key to building safe relationships with other beings (all beings, really!). There are some negative beings who pretend to be positive. But generally speaking, the universe is filled with good beings. Please do not give much weight to what the news or social media outlets promote if it’s regarding what you should fear or feel. I strongly suggest not feeling what they promote unless it’s awareness and peace. We can be aware without being fearful. If you’re interested in learning how to build your own relationship with positive beings, please consider taking my Grounding and Shielding course (required first step — ensures clear communication and safety) the proceed to the Telepathy 101 course. My husband and I have been interacting with beings for many years. We’ve gotten so used to it that we don’t feel the need to seek it anymore, and I interact daily with beings across the spectrum of creation in the Records. If you’re interested in learning about our ET experiences, please feel free to visit our YouTube channel called ET Connections. Our logo is the American Sign Language for "I love you." And there are plenty of interactions that aren't on the Youtube channel.
- Healing Journey vs Evolution — Confusion
A lot of people confuse a healing journey with the natural process of spiritual and emotional growth. The spiritual community is full of “10 ways to fix this,” “how to heal that,” “why you’re blocked,” “what wound is showing up,” and on and on. And yes — healing matters. Humanity has come out of a long, dark reality where victim-mentality, disconnection, and inherited patterns were often all we knew. Looking honestly at ourselves, our lineages, our patterns, and our pain was not something many people were taught to do. So in many ways, this new awareness is beautiful. But if we are not careful, the pendulum can swing too far the other way. We can begin over-taking responsibility. We can stop letting ourselves be human. We can try to heal ourselves out of ever making mistakes. We can start believing every hard feeling means there is another wound to excavate. We can turn healing into a loop we never get permission to leave. And that was never the point. This is a reminder of the middle, balanced lane. Yes, we take responsibility. Yes, we look at ourselves. Yes, we heal what is ready to be healed. But we also let go of the stories that keep old expectations and perceptions locked in place. And then we live in the new now we have created. A lot of people forget the live part. There is a deeper truth here: We were always meant to continuously evolve spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and energetically. But evolution was not originally designed as a burden. The looping feeling of “I have to keep healing things” can come from many places, including: Addiction to healing. Control of outcome. Attachment to outcome. People pleasing. Self-loathing. The belief that we are still not good enough. For many, the “healing journey” has become an identity. And when healing becomes an identity, it can become difficult to stop. We get so used to processing, clearing, searching, and fixing that we forget how to live in the present. We forget what to do with ourselves when there is finally space. Our natural evolution was designed to move with the ebb and flow of nature. There is time to work. There is time to play. There is time to integrate. There is time to rest. Even nature shows us this. In summer, many animals are active in the morning, rest during the heat of the day, and become active again when the evening cools. Work. Rest. Work. The seasons show us the same rhythm. Spring: planting, cleaning, beginning. Summer: tending, maintaining, expanding. Fall: slowing down, harvesting, releasing. Winter: resting, sleeping, restoring. When we align with nature’s rhythms, we begin to remember our own. You can take responsibility for a mistake without needing to dig for the root of why you feel terrible for making it. You can grow without constantly dissecting yourself. You can evolve without turning your humanity into a problem to solve. You will know when it is time to work because Source makes it clear. And as you grow, as your intuition clears and strengthens, you learn to discern the difference between Source, yourself, others, fear, conditioning, and old patterns. So take a break if you have not taken one in a while. And if you are in the middle of deep work right now, keep your chin up and look for the places where rest is still available. This was never meant to be an unending marathon. Take rest, loves.
- Cherokee Chief Visit
My client had visited a sacred site when he was younger under the guise that the property was haunted since its use by the Navajo tribe. In session, a rather large chief in full headdress came into the space. He carried himself with great respect and respect for others. Though he was serious, he was fair and wise. You could just feel it. He clarified that his people were Cherokee, not Navajo. “We shared the land,” he explained, which my client soon confirmed after. He explained what really had occurred on that land. They were being driven out through murder and other forces. When the last was mostly cleared the chief, the Medicine Man and another shamanic being, decided to protect the land by placing an energetic protective boundary around and within the land. Anyone who entered and wasn’t of a minimum positive frequency would be affected in a negative way. They would be bothered until such time as they began to follow the path toward the positive light, actions and choices. And no one ever built on this part of the land. “You are exonerated,” the chief said to my client for raising his frequency toward the good and honorable. The chief explained that the people of their day were greedy, selfish and unkind (the ones overthrowing the land), and this wasn’t set to punish but to teach. Once a soul learned and began to grow, the “bothered”ness was lifted. What’s interesting about this interaction is that I have repeatedly set energetic boundaries like this for clients in the Records. There have been some very grumpy souls that aren’t interested in peace or evolution still, and that’s fine – truly, but that doesn’t mean they get to cause chaos. I set this same boundary where the disgruntled soul is not allowed to interact with my client’s soul until they reach a certain frequency of peace. This allows souls to work together in the future while maintaining a boundary in the present. I was just fascinated to see a dynamic lift from this perspective. Please note: I’m not saying my client is bad in any way! This is strictly a frequency-based scenario and our frequency, even as good people, can have influences outside ourselves too. Veils, implants, entities, etc. can influence our frequency too.
- The Hidden Step Before Intention
Perception is critical when it comes to manifesting. How we perceive something (good, bad, neutral, possible, not possible, etc.) is the precursor to intention. We must first set our perception before we set our intention. If your perception is “this won’t work”, and your intention is “I want my business sales to increase by 30% this month,” then it won’t work. Not all parts of you are in agreement that this is the right step. A perception is an opinion that can be changed with evidence, discussion, influence, etc. For example, you see a commercial from Vet Care Extraordinaire to raise funds for homeless animals on TV. The announcer talks about animals being dumped by owners, animals escaping, and how there isn’t enough people or money to help them properly. Violin music plays while you’re shown images of skinny dogs with bitten ears, dirty fur, and sad eyes. This makes you feel upset that people abandon their animals, and makes you feel helpless to solve such a big problem. You open your wallet, call and give them some money. This example covers from perception to manifestation. It’s that easy. Let’s say another commercial comes on and it’s a lawyer commercial discussing a class-action lawsuit against Vet Care Extraordinaire for embezzlement, fraud and money laundering of funds. Now, you feel angry, want them to pay every possible penny, and write a scathing review. You even contact the law firm and share your donation receipt. Months later, you receive $12.50 in the mail as part of your claim, which also doesn’t feel satisfying. You then don’t trust donating to other groups as easily. What changed? Perception? Perception can be based off both knowledge and wisdom. (They are not the same thing. See Knowledge Comes from the World. Wisdom Comes from Somewhere Else.) Perception can get you ready to manifest and bring into being anything, so be careful and notice what you are creating in the world. We can be the change, but in order to do it properly, we need to understand what perception is driving us to that choice.
- Knowledge Comes From the World. Wisdom Comes From Somewhere Else.
These are not the same thing. As I have been shown, knowledge and wisdom are the two angels on your shoulders. Knowledge can only be given from what currently exists and comes from others. Books, podcasts, teachers, etc. Wisdom comes only from Source. It is real-time answers to life’s problems, how-to steps for your life, and more. Knowledge is limited; wisdom is infinite. Knowledge can be attained by listening to others or our ego, since the ego can only help us using past experiences (also known as, knowledge). Wisdom comes when we are connected to Source. And we have to listen for it. It’s a softer voice. It’s always what you need. (See Soul vs Ego: What's Really Happening? for an interesting comparison!)
- Ego vs. Soul: What’s Actually Happening?
The Soul Knows. The Ego Remembers. Contrary to popular thought, the ego isn’t in and of itself bad. What isn’t helpful is when it’s out of balance and in the driver’s seat of your life. The ego is a tool for experiencing this world and taking in perceptions as information regarding this life experience. The ego is willing to help you, but it only has access to knowledge, which is all past-based only. Meaning, you learned it in your past from someone else or an experience you had in the past that you don’t want to repeat, so the ego keeps you feeling worried so you don’t repeat it. The soul has direct access to the wisdom of Source and shares it with you to help you in life. The soul knows your plan for this life and tries to steer you in the right direction, but it can get pretty difficult if ego is driving the car of your life. Both want to help you and both use two very different means to achieve that end. You could also consider the soul and the ego as the angel and devil on the shoulders. The classic epitome of the perceived good versus evil, since most people are fed the belief that our ego is worth destroying. But if we want to destroy a part of ourselves, we will be at war with ourselves because the ego is part of the human experience. We are not here to transcend or outgrow it, but to ensure it stays in its place and is the tool we need it to be when we need it. The soul is the most important relationship you will ever have, next to Source. (See How to Hear Your Soul: 3 Ways if you struggle to feel connected or feel you can’t hear it!)
