If you’re struggling to feel joy, then the concept of “follow your joy” may feel useless. Instead, follow your curiosities. Follow feelings of inspiration.
Feel suddenly inspired to walk a different path or drive a different road? Try it.
When we allow ourselves to explore curiosity and inspiration, we allow the door to joy to open more and more, since both curiosity and inspiration will naturally create those pathways.
This can also help people who struggle to know or remember what they like, who they are or what they want to do. It's okay to not remember these things or to have answers. Following your curiosity or something that inspires you will lead you directly to it.
