Service Description
Duration: 45 minutes total. Session includes: • brief introduction and opening the Records • exploration of one clearly defined question • short closing/integration This short session is designed for one clearly defined question or situation. We will open the Records and explore the dynamics surrounding that issue. Because the Records often reveal deeper influences, this session may clarify the situation itself or reveal underlying factors affecting the question. If a situation involves deeper dynamics or multiple areas of life, a full session is the recommended container. People come here when: • you have one specific question and want quick clarity • something small feels “off” and you want insight before it grows into a bigger issue • you’re looking for confirmation about a situation you’re already sensing internally
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy Note: These sessions are for adults 18+ only. Each session is for individuals only, not groups. No session or course provided by this service provider replaces medical, psychological, or legal care and is intended solely for personal development and energetic education. Courses and/or session recordings may NOT be downloaded, shared, or used for any legal purpose. We understand that plans can change and ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase. These fees are charged by third-party payment providers when your payment is made and are not returned to us when a transaction is refunded. You may also choose to reschedule your appointment rather than request a refund. Cancellations Within 24 Hours Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable. As a courtesy, a client may be offered the opportunity to reschedule one late cancellation without losing the payment already made. This courtesy is available once. Any future appointment canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited and a new appointment must be booked and paid for at the full rate. Missed Appointments Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling. A new appointment must be booked and paid for at the full rate. Completed Appointments Once an appointment has taken place, the payment is non-refundable. If Melanie Cancels If Melanie needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, including any payment processing fees. Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please be courteous if you need to reschedule and do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or late fees may apply.
