  • Heavy Metal Detox Recipe

As with all things, you know yourself best. Please consult a doctor if you are under medical care. Start slowly with this recipe, such as drinking it once a week to start. This is only a recommendation. You know yourself best. Ingredients 1 banana 1 c wild blueberries 1/2 c cilantro 1 tsp. barley grass juice powder 1 tsp. Hawaiian spirulina 1/2 tbsp. Atlantic dulse 1/2 orange 1/2 c water Use a blender to blend until smooth. Drink promptly as the Atlantic dulse thickens it quite considerably. Lastly, whenever you do any detox, you are also detoxing the emotions from those organs and the overall body. Please be gentle with yourself! Enjoy!

  • What Comes Before Hope?

Many humans rely on hope throughout their lives — a driving force that somehow life circumstances could change, shift, or become different. But what sparks hope? What gives rise to it? The Records have shared that what precedes hope is beauty. Not beauty in the superficial or purely physical sense, but something far deeper. It is the awe of creation itself. The spark of existence. The miracle of emergence. The quiet intelligence woven into life. Imagine witnessing the very inception of a leaf — the extraordinary beauty contained within the act of creation itself. This is the kind of beauty I am referring to. The Records have shown that connection to this deeper beauty often precedes hope, whether we consciously realize it or not. Before hope comes awe. If you feel you've been losing hope, the likelihood is the slow disconnection from this beauty aspect. To rekindle it, spend some time in nature without phones or other distractions or responsibilities. Listen, meditate, observe closely. Consider the possibility of how an ant can carry so much weight being so small. Allow the questions to come to mind. All of this reconnects us to the awe of creation. Tried that and you still don't have much hope? Consider a session. Sometimes, our soul can be utterly exhausted from multiple difficult lifetimes. A reboot or new path possibilities can be really helpful and necessary.

  • How to Hear Your Soul: 3 Ways to Start

Tool # 1 The way I learned to hear my soul was to ignore it. Yeah, sounds completely counterintuitive. But that’s what I did. I think we all do that here and there, or always, depending on where we are on the path. And guess what? That’s okay. We’re ready when we’re ready and not a minute sooner. Specifically speaking, how did I hear my soul if I ignored it? When coming to a small decision, I’d think about my choices and there were usually a couple options. I’d hear these more prevalent thoughts (harder to ignore), but then I’d hear one softer voice that was very brief. I’d choose the louder voice and make the decision. Bad decision. Later after the decision, I suddenly could see the get the other option would have saved me this and that, I wouldn’t have such and such happen, etc. I began to get really frustrated with myself. Time after time, and time and time again, I kept listening to the louder thoughts. Sometimes the soft voice was so soft it would just disappear from my mind almost instantly. So, I began to put effort into differentiating what I was hearing. I began to bring focus to that softer voice, and one at a time, began making decisions from what it suggested. It worked. This built trust, and that trust grew each time I listened. This voice of my soul began to grow louder and louder and easier to hear over time. I began to notice patterns, such as, if I ignored my soul, then it would nag at me. Time and time again when I’d ignore it that I would be shown how it was right, and how I was right with it all along when I’d listen. So when it nags now, there’s no denying it and I follow it. It 100% always led me the right direction. May not always be what you want, but it will be what you need. And you’ll feel better later once you see the clear picture, which always comes. There are endless ways to hear your soul, but if you don't already have a pattern of hearing it, just know that it's a quiet voice at first. Once we identify it, we'll begin to recognize how it feels in the body when we hear it and learn to trust it. Tool 2: Get out a journal, ground and shield, and meditate for a moment. When you feel grounded, write out some questions using your dominant hand on the right side of the paper (or left, if you're left-hand dominant). And with the non-dominant hand, answer the questions with whatever information comes through. Do not judge what is coming through. Tool 3: Sit outside, ground and shield, and meditate for a moment. Keep a journal with a pen or pencil nearby. When you feel grounded, sit with a blank piece of white or gold paper, or a solid white plate, and stare at the paper or plate. This is giving your mind something to do. You want your busy mind to focus on this. "What do you want me to do?" the mind will ask. "Focus on this," you say. "But it's just a blank paper or plate," the mind may whine. "Focus on it." The mind will comply. Keeping the mind preoccupied with a job helps to let other parts of the self speak up. You may get sudden insights. Do NOT judge the insights. Just write them down. The goal is to get OUT of the pattern of knee-jerk responses where we judge a thought or idea too fast. Most of the time, our soul or Source will not always have the most logical steps for us to take, but when we listen, we understand later how perfect it was. *** Struggling to hear your soul? Consider a session where we can see how your soul is feeling, what it wants, if there's anything it wants you to know, and where it wants to go in life. (Note: It may not be what you think!) Also consider some of the free meditations as they can help you secure your shields (easier to keep out telepathic noise when you're trying to hear yourself!) among other benefits.

  • Attachment to Outcome - What They're Really Looking At

We're human. And in being human, we have an ego and a soul both trying to help us. (See Soul vs Ego for more details!) One of our human experiences includes attachment. Attachment can occur with anything. It can be a person, place, thing, outcome, process, trajectory, path, idea, belief, etc. The ego is a big influence for attachment. (The ego is not bad, that's not what I'm meaning here.) Ego utilizes attachment like an anchor for safety. The Soul utilizes ever-flowing wisdom as an anchor for safety. Attachment is a part of life and isn't, in and of itself, bad; however, it can lead to stagnation, disappointment and dead-ends when we can't allow ourselves to shift out of it. Sometimes, we think we're attached to one thing, but it's really another. We might think we're attached to the goal of motherhood, but we're actually attached to the process or avenue of how we get there. When we're attached to a specific means to an outcome, for example, we're actually gripping too hard. Imagine holding onto a rope that represents what you believe is the best possible way for something to unfold. If you believe that this is the one and only possibility to get what you want, you'll grip it hard. When we grip something hard, it makes it immoveable. And when life tries to move it anyway, friction is created. That friction becomes pain — like rope burn — not because the outcome is wrong, but because the grip is too tight to allow movement. The Records will see this process and encourage you to loosen the grip. This doesn't mean that the outcome will not occur, it may or may not, but when we loosen the grip on how something manifests, we allow ALL forms of manifestation to come toward us and bring us what we want. Most times, our manifestations come in forms we wouldn't always have guessed would be the path that worked. Our job isn't to always know the path, but to leave enough space so it can move and form around us. The Records do not confirm if things will or will not work. They do see if a current trajectory is looking a certain way, but it's still not a guarantee as this is a co-creative universe. We are always creating with Source and others at all times. The future can be influenced by our choices and what we choose to co-create. The Records will be clear about how to better influence different outcomes, if that's possible. In some cases, the soul wants to go another direction or take another path to the same destination you want to go. The goal is to loosen the grip so the other paths can reveal themselves. Struggling to allow letting go of the grip? Consider booking a session where we can focus specifically on helping you feel safe during this process, or consider joining the Mentorship program where you can also get the support of community (We've all been through it!).

  • The Era of Discernment

Discernment has always been one of humanity’s most important abilities. We use it constantly — to interpret situations, assess people, navigate relationships, and determine what feels true or false. But discernment is only as clear as the lens through which we perceive. Our fears, wounds, conditioning, beliefs, hopes, and past experiences all shape how we interpret reality. Over time, humanity’s ability to discern clearly has become deeply distorted. We lost connection to ourselves, to each other, and to Source. We lost sight of how interconnected life truly is. And in many ways, that distortion was reinforced intentionally — through fear, manipulation, disconnection, and systems that pull us further away from our own inner knowing. But we are entering an era where discernment must be recalibrated. As artificial intelligence continues to grow and information becomes increasingly difficult to verify, the ability to clearly discern truth from distortion will become more important than ever. This requires more than intellect. It requires inner alignment. It requires clearing fear, outdated beliefs, emotional distortions, and inherited perceptions that interfere with our ability to perceive clearly. As we recalibrate ourselves, we strengthen our inner compass. And through that compass, we become more aware, sovereign, grounded, and connected to Source. If you feel disconnected from yourself, your intuition, your guides, or Source, consider exploring my free meditations or booking a session to support the recalibration of your inner compass.

  • Soul-bits

In readings, specifically when looking at other lifetimes, sometimes part of our soul is still upset about how a lifetime ended or how it went. I call this a soul-bit because part of our soul is focused somewhere else. These soul-bits can be stuck, fixated on a scenario, and it needs help by 1) getting its attention off the scenario, 2) helping it process what occurred, 3) showing it how life has still gone on and you’re okay, and 4) allowing it to reintegrate at its own pace. Why does this matter? These soul-bits show us where we’re currently experiencing issues in our life that we may not enjoy. If a part of the soul hasn’t moved on from that fear, injustice, etc. then you will see struggle in those areas in your current life as well. Not all issues that we experience come from these struggling soul-bits, as often play a large part as well in our life expression. Interested to know if you have soul-bits that are distracted somewhere else? Consider booking a session here.

  • We Have TWO Backbones

It may sound silly. But we have two backbones. The first is our spine and it protects the body. The second is our sternum and it protects the heart. Those within the Records see things differently than we do. Our sternum is directly related to the heart and it deserves the same respect as our spine. The sternum has fibrous materials on the inside that talk to the heart in ways that we don’t quite understand. Think of the sternum as a shield and your heart as the sword (not for violence, of course) of truth, change and authenticity. When someone hits a shield in battle, the entire body feels it. There is a vibration that sets off to the rest of the body. When people speak to us, it waves through the body. Lately, I've been helping folks clean off their sternum and have been shown its direct correlation and connection to our collar bones, shoulders and spine. This is our crystalline armor.

  • What If You’re Not Judged at All?: Fear of Exposure in the Akashic Records

Many people feel a bit nervous before entering the Records. Not because they think something “bad” will happen — but because they fear being exposed. They fear: being seen too clearly having painful truths revealed confronting parts of themselves they’ve avoided discovering something shameful or wrong within them But this is one of the greatest misunderstandings about the Records. Everything makes sense there. Your life, your reactions, your fears, your wounds, your patterns — all of it exists within a much larger context of understanding. The Records and myself hold zero judgment. Literally. How can you judge what makes perfect sense? How can you judge when you are entering into a space of unconditional love, understanding, compassion, and clarity? Very often, what people fear will feel exposing actually becomes deeply relieving. Because instead of seeing themselves as broken, they finally begin to understand why they became the way they are, why they’re experiencing what they are, and most importantly, if needed or wanted, how to naturally shift in a different direction. And understanding creates space for compassion, lasting growth and the deepest joy. People who initially felt nervous about entering the Records later described the experience as deeply relieving, grounding, and clarifying. [Consider reading What if I Hear Something I Don’t Like in an Akashic Session? if you still feel some remnant fear. All sessions go at a pace that feels safe.]

  • What if I Hear Something I Don’t Like in an Akashic Session?

You will never be forced to explore anything that you are not ready for. Sessions unfold naturally and respectfully, and you remain fully present and empowered throughout the entire process. Sessions go at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you. There is no force in the Records of any kind. You will be held safely in the Records. The Records meet you where you are. Many people come to sessions feeling nervous, uncertain or emotionally vulnerable. That’s completely okay. No matter what – you have sovereignty and the right to choose what steps you take in your own life. The Records will not tell you what to do. They will make recommendations with reasons as to why it’s recommended, but they are not there to persuade or convince you of something you’re not ready for. People who initially felt nervous about entering the Records later described the experience as deeply relieving, grounding, and clarifying.

  • We're Entering the Golden Age

What is the Golden Age? You may have heard this term circulating around the internet. But what the Records have taught is that it is different from these other definitions. The Golden Age is not a Light or a Dark age. We've been in a cycle of Light and Dark ages for millions of years. Source has decided to take a different path, called the Golden Age, and it is unique. We are returning to what existence was like before time was created. Before duality. We don't need duality anymore. We can learn and grow through curiosity, peace and inspiration.
