Service Description
***IMPORTANT*** This exclusive, in-person session offers a deep, immersive experience tailored to your unique needs. Each 5.5-hour appointment includes pre-session discussion, energetic or intuitive work, and initial integration time—all held within a single, focused container. A $750 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your space. Due to the limited number of days Melanie is available while traveling—and the high demand for sessions—this is a nonrefundable and nontransferable experience. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the session or services will not be rendered. Payment should be sent directly to Melanie using one of the following methods: Venmo: @MelanieBright, 0778 Zelle: Cash: Pay directly to Cherlynn. Please ensure your name, session date, and session time are included in the payment notes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy Note: These sessions are for adults 18+ only. Each session is for individuals only, not groups. No session or course provided by this service provider replaces medical, psychological, or legal care and is intended solely for personal development and energetic education. Courses and/or session recordings may NOT be downloaded, shared, or used for any legal purpose. We understand that plans can change and ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase. These fees are charged by third-party payment providers when your payment is made and are not returned to us when a transaction is refunded. You may also choose to reschedule your appointment rather than request a refund. Cancellations Within 24 Hours Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable. As a courtesy, a client may be offered the opportunity to reschedule one late cancellation without losing the payment already made. This courtesy is available once. Any future appointment canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited and a new appointment must be booked and paid for at the full rate. Missed Appointments Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling. A new appointment must be booked and paid for at the full rate. Completed Appointments Once an appointment has taken place, the payment is non-refundable. If Melanie Cancels If Melanie needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, including any payment processing fees. Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider. By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please be courteous if you need to reschedule and do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or late fees may apply.
